I. Overview

2, Working principle
The core control logic of the packaging machine is a tracking system, which uses forward and reverse tracking, it improves the tracking accuracy remarkably. After the machine is running, the thin film mark sensor continuously detects the thin film mark (color mark), and the tracking micro switch of the mechanical part detects the position of the machine. The above two signals are sent to the PLC, and after the program calculation, the PLC output signal to DI1 (Forward tracking), and DI2 (Reverse tracking) to control forward and reverse tracking of the motor, timely detection of packaging material errors in the production process and make accurately compensate and correct, avoiding waste of packaging materials. If the detection fails to meet the technical requirements after tracking a predetermined number of times, it will automatically stopped for inspection to avoid the generation of waste products.
3, Composition of electrical system of automatic packaging machine
Although the application system of the food packaging machine has simple functions, it has higher requirements on the dynamic performance of the transmission. The system requires fast dynamic follow-up performance and high stability of speed accuracy. Therefore, the dynamic technical performance of the inverter is very important, the high-performance inverters can be used to meet the process requirements.
The electrical part of an automatic packaging machine generally consists of the following devices:
(1) The main control circuit is composed of a frequency inverter and a programmable logic controller (PLC)

(3) Multi-point tracking and detection by photoelectric switches, electromagnetic proximity sensors, etc.
