Product Details
RZ25 series pressure transmitters are industrial pressure measurement instruments which have high accuracy, wide range of application and excellent function-prize ratio. The pressure measurement types include positive pressure (relative pressure and sealed relative pressure), negative pressure, absolute pressure, D/P (differential pressure), etc.
Metal isolated diaphragm structure silicon piezo resistance or ceramics capacitor sensors are chose to be RZ25’s sensitive pressure measurement element. Packaging structure are micro-integration structure which package both sensor and electrical circuit in one stainless steel shell. Signal processing uses imported conditioning circuit that has high-stability, high-efficiency, better linearity (<0.01%). All products experienced strict test and burn-in screening. All above mentioned assures that transmitters have high accuracy, excellent stability and anti-interference capability:

l Reversed polarity and transient overcurrent/overvoltage protection, in accordance with EMI protection requirements.
l Accurate zero/range calibration via inner potentiometer.
l Multi-specification signal for output connection: 4-20mA, RS 485 digital signal, 4-20mA for HART protocol, etc.
l Wide range of measurement.
l Aluminum alloy for electrical shell, various interfaces (flush film type, sanitary type and anti-corrosion type, etc.)
l Protection level: IP65.
l Intrinsic safety type product is in accordance with Chinese national standard GB3836.4 and acquires explosion-proof certificate with indication Ex ia II C T6.
l Flameproof type product is in accordance with Chinese national standard GB3836.2 and acquires explosion-proof certificate with indication Ex id II B T6.

Selection Guide
Note:
1. Special requirements please consult our company and note in order document in detail.
2. The application medium must be compatible with the selected product.
3. If the transmitter's zero needs to be negative, please note the measurement range in the order document.
4. Please note that the explosion-proof product does not include the digital displayer.
5. If order transmitter with LCD or LED meter, power supply cannot be lower than 15V DC.
6. We strongly recommend clients to equip lightning protection device and reliable grounding for transmitters. It can effectively prevent the product's malfunction from lightning.
7. Customized connector type and size can be noted beside the selection model.
