RZ26W series liquid level transmitters are online measurement industrial instruments which metal isolated diaphragm structure silicon piezo resistance or ceramics capacitor sensors are chose to be sensitive pressure measurement elements. The product uses super stable precision circuit (linearity <0.01%) for signal processing and outputs linear standard 4-20mA or RS 485 digital signal.
On the basis of absorbing the world’s advanced manufacturing processes, RZ26W’s anti-leak performance has been further improved. It has been proved via clients’ practices that RZ26W has 100% leak free damage within 12 years.
There are various types of RZ26W transmitters due to different test medium and application environment for selection (stainless steel rod type, stainless steel soft cable type, air guiding PE cable assembled type and lightning protection type). For instance, due to dew condensation in cold and plateau area, we designed the anti-condensation sub-type; due to induction lightning threat, we designed the super lightning resistance sub-type; due to the shake of overhanging sensors, we designed the shake-absorbing buffer sub-type, etc. Selectively combining these targeted designs can provide reliable technical guarantee for instruments safe operation.

The sensor has excellent signal stability and resistance to electromagnetic interference. Sensor element which is imported from world famous manufacture, via lattice curing medication process and packaging, combining super stable signal processing technology, the core index of transmitters’ signal stability and resistance to outer electromagnetic interference is 100 times smaller than the allowable error of its accuracy level. On the one hand, it sets the physical basis of transmitters’ long term stability. On the other hand, it promotes the anti-electromagnetic interference capability which is far better than PLC. It also 5-20 times more stable than most transmitters on the market.
